Karis Reavis – requested rights change for Kasey Kiker’s wengage account. I referred him to Sean as I am not an administrator of Wengage accounts.

Lisa Norman – requested assistance with her Smartboard which was showing the Smart logo indicating that the input selection was incorrect or the cables were not connected. I advised her to check these things and it resolved her issue.

Kellogg & Sovereign – our eRate consultant advised me that our MS site was over budget on our proposal. Message below:

Your requests at the MS exceed the allowable budget by $1659.63.  Please let me know what to reduce/eliminate from the request.  I am working on the PIA inquiries right now.  Attached is a copy of the bids.  I just the need the request at the MS reduced.

The cause of this problem is a drop in the student count in our middle school. I discussed this with Mai this morning to find an expeditious way of adjusting the overage. After describing the limitations of what can be changed in the application, we agreed that the best way to move forward was to reduce the amount of cost of liscensing for the Meraki cloud devices in the middle school by the required amount. Response below:

In order to expedite approval of our eRate application, please reduce the DNI proposal by the required amount of $1659.63 on the line item in the Middle School for "LIC-MX220-48LP_5YR" from the original amount of $1800 to $140.37 with the understanding that the school will have to fund the difference.

Andy Gower – informed me yesterday that the PO for replacement laptops would be presented at the October board meeting.

Roberta Brake – we were going to build her contact groups, but could not reach the google directory for our domain. Will try later.

Ramona Bunch – talked about the need to get FitnessGram working. We need to get login information from Bill Cash.
